LuckyTurtle Harbor is a solo-mining platform. Solo mining is probabilistic. Connecting a miner, submitting shares, or appearing in Harbor statistics does not guarantee that a block will be found, accepted by a network, confirmed, or paid.

Hashrate, worker health, share counts, payout views, transaction views, block data, address views, and all other displayed metrics are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. They may lag, change, be incomplete, or differ from final blockchain truth.

You are solely responsible for the correctness of any payout address, worker naming format, wallet software, hardware configuration, and regional or network routing choice you use. If you mine to the wrong address or supply invalid data, recovery may be impossible.

Service may be changed, paused, rate-limited, degraded, suspended, or stopped at any time, with or without notice. This includes pool endpoints, web pages, search views, worker detail, payouts, transactions, APIs, regional edges, and any connected service layer.

Blockchain networks can reorganize, reject blocks, delay confirmations, change difficulty, change fee conditions, or experience outages and consensus issues. LuckyTurtle Harbor is not responsible for losses, delays, stale work, orphaned blocks, rejected submissions, or network-side events outside its control.

Nothing on LuckyTurtle Harbor is financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, accounting advice, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own compliance, reporting, tax treatment, and legal use of the service in your jurisdiction.

Harbor currently displays a 0.5% Harbor Fee model where applicable. Displayed amounts, reward estimates, fee values, and transaction or payout summaries may change as ledger data matures, blocks confirm, network conditions change, or corrections are applied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LuckyTurtle Harbor, LuckyTurtleStratum, and their operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profit, digital assets, data, hardware uptime, business opportunity, or expected reward arising from use of or inability to use the service.

You may not use the service in a way that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, malicious, disruptive, or intended to interfere with the platform, other miners, infrastructure, or supporting systems. Access may be restricted or terminated at any time for abuse, instability, or operational protection.

The site and service are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
